I believe that every business — big or small — deserves access to people-centered, quality HR support. Too often, small businesses struggle to navigate complex HR challenges without the same level of support that larger corporations have access to. That’s why I built Sol Element HR—to bridge that gap by providing thoughtfully curated solutions that support businesses of all sizes and at all stages.

My journey started on the East Coast, but my career took me across the country, shaping the way I approach my work today. At a young age, I found myself in California, then Hawai’i, and later New York, working in HR across different industries, communities, and workplace cultures. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the nuances of HR in various states, and even countries, and the importance of creating adaptable and inclusive strategies that put people at the center.

No two businesses are alike, and my work has reinforced how essential it is to tailor HR solutions to each company's unique needs in a way that is modern and approachable. Through a variety of experiences, I’ve learned the true power of diverse perspectives and the importance of meeting businesses where they are. As a result, I’m able to connect with business owners from all backgrounds, helping them build strong, engaged workplaces where employees feel heard, valued, and supported.

My foundation in corporate HR equipped me with expertise in employee engagement, retention, leadership coaching, and organizational culture, but my passion lies in helping businesses create an environment that they can be proud of — somewhere they can truly thrive and do their best work.
